FAQ!

Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: Please allow 2-3 weeks for production of your order. All items in my shop are entirely handmade to order. Shipping takes 2-7 business days to receive once shipped. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once the order has shipped.

**It is recommended to order at least one month in advance of the date you need the item by to ensure on time arrival for events!**

If you need your order sooner, please send me a message and I can let you know if I am able to accommodate. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: NO EXCHANGES/REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS. As mentioned previously, every single item in my shop is handmade to order, and I spend an incredible amount of time making sure your items are perfect upon shipping. Should you have a problem with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the package (tracking will be checked). 

Q: Why haven't you answered my inbox?

A: Due to the large amount of inboxes I receive daily, I will no longer be answering individual inboxes if the answer can be found somewhere on my site. It takes me significantly longer to get orders out when I'm taking the time to respond to individual emails. If you can spare me the time by looking for the answer yourself, I'd greatly appreciate it! :) 

Q: Do you have any deals/discounts? 

A: I run secret sales and promos all the time on my shop Instagram account (@slapqueen). If you sign up for our newsletter prior to your first purchase, you will also receive a promo code that you can use on your first purchase! Q: My vinyl decal broke while applying, can I have a new one for free?

A: Unfortunately I am not responsible for vinyl decals that get ruined in the process of application. All decals come with application instructions for a reason. As always, I suggest purchasing extra if you're not the best at applying decals.  

Q: Can you make me a mock-up for my custom item?

A: I typically will not make mock-ups for simple designs as they are not necessary and take away from my production time. You can always send me images of the design you'd like, or re-clarify your design with me at slapqueendotcom@gmail.com after your order is placed. I do, however, make mock-ups for more intricate designs and jersey orders when necessary.

Q: Do you do customs?

A: I absolutely do! I make custom decals, clothing items, you name it. Feel free to send me a message through the "Contact Us" button if inquiring about a custom item!
